Location
Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located a bit far from the airport and other dining options, making it feel quite isolated. The rooms are larger than typical Japanese hotels and were clean when I arrived. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, which made for a pleasant stay. However, the overall ambiance feels a bit outdated. Still, it’s a great spot if you’re looking for some quiet time away from the hustle of Tokyo.
My stay at the hotel was decent overall. The location is really convenient for accessing Narita Airport, but the shuttle ride seems a bit long. The staff were friendly and accommodating; however, there was a noticeable lack of training that affected service. The room was larger than I expected and well-appointed, though a little dated. Dining options were good but could be improved. Overall, it offers good value for money, especially for its proximity to the airport.
The hotel has a nice view from the rooms and the location is convenient for getting to Narita airport, but it’s situated in a more industrial area that's not ideal for visiting Tokyo. While the rooms felt basic and weren't as clean as other places I've stayed in Japan, the staff were friendly and went the extra mile to assist guests. Overall, the hotel offers reasonable value for a short stay before a flight, but I had some expectations for cleanliness and modern comfort that weren’t fully met.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic with lovely gardens and a great shuttle service to the airport and nearby mall. The staff was really friendly and went out of their way to help me. However, the room I was assigned didn't seem to be ready on time and felt a bit outdated, which was disappointing. Overall, it offers good value for money.
I had a decent stay at the hotel, although it was a bit out of the way from the airport and took longer to reach during peak hours. The rooms offered a good size for the price, but they were outdated and could use some renovations. I found the dining options to be pretty enjoyable, especially with a nice mix of Japanese and Western cuisine. Overall, it’s a comfortable spot but not the best in terms of convenience.
During my stay, I found the hotel to be in a beautiful location surrounded by manicured gardens, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The room was spacious and comfortable, which made my experience enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, reserving a taxi for my early flight. However, the hotel is a bit remote, meaning a longer shuttle ride to Narita. Overall, it felt like good value for money.
The hotel is situated in a tranquil location which is great for a short escape, but it's somewhat isolated, making it harder to access nearby attractions. The rooms were mostly comfortable, though I did face a few issues during my stay. The service was exceptional, with staff being very helpful and friendly throughout. Overall, considering the location and service, it offers decent value for a night’s stay, but some facilities could use improvement.
The hotel offers a cozy environment with a great view, which was perfect for unwinding during my long layover. While the rooms were clean and somewhat comfortable, they felt a bit outdated and smaller than expected for a Radisson. The location is fairly decent for an airport hotel, but not ideal as there's not much to do nearby. The service varied; while some staff members were friendly, others were less so, affecting my overall experience.
I had a decent stay overall. The hotel is conveniently located near Narita Airport, which made travel a bit easier. The staff was welcoming and friendly, although the rooms felt a bit cramped and dated, and the air conditioning didn’t work as well as I hoped. Dining options were limited, which was disappointing after a long journey. The shuttle service was a nice touch, but expect about 30 minutes of travel time to and from the airport.
I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be quite nice overall. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, plus the staff was incredibly friendly and eager to assist. However, the location, while close to Narita Airport, could be a bit more convenient as the shuttle ride takes around 30 minutes. The dining options were decent, but a little pricey, especially for dinner.
